How to Prepare

If the session is being held via Zoom

  • Make sure to sign up for and download Zoom and familiarize yourself with the program in order to be ready for the session.

  • A high-speed internet connection is required.

  • A comfortable headset is required, ideally one that fits tightly to the head and has a built-in microphone. Earphones that can easily fall out are strongly not advised,

  • Make sure whichever device(s) you will be using have full battery

  • Your session will be recorded and a link to download an mp3 of the session will be sent via e-mail typically within 24 hours.

Prepare a list of questions and issues you would like to address

Please fill out this form and/or bring with you a list of questions you would like to address. One list can be health-related and the other can address personal issues. Questions can be about anything, including: a life event, childhood issues, health concerns, negative relationships, addictions, unwanted patterns, work/career moves, financial situation, life decisions, questions about the future, problems a family member or close friend is having, questions about a past life, etc. Remember, the Higher Self has access to Universal Knowledge and has the ability to answer anything appropriate.

Set the intention

Setting the intention to having a great session is very beneficial. Your Higher Self knows everything about you and will know that you have planned a QHHT session, so it will be ready to communicate what is needed when the time comes. It is important to understand that your conscious self will be taking a back seat during the session, so the more you welcome conversation with your Higher Self before the session, the better prepared you will be. If you meditate, it would be recommended to do so the morning of the session and to place your intention on opening your crown chakra and welcoming answers from your Higher Self.

Stay clean & sober for at least 24 hours

Please do not consume alcohol or drugs of any kind (besides necessary medication) for at least 24 hours before your session and if possible, please limit your intake of coffee/caffeine as much as possible the day of your session. The clearer your mind, the better your session will be.

Eat a light meal and try not to drink too much right before

Please eat well, but light and try not to drink too much before your session in order to prevent having to get up and go to the bathroom during the regression. In the case of an in-person session, it would be beneficial to bring in a snack for afterwards in case you get hungry. The session could easily take 3-4 hours. 

Enjoy a private session

Your session is most effective as a private session. Family and friends may not sit in. You are of course more than welcome to share your recording.

You are healing you

It is important to understand that you and your Higher Self will be doing the work. Unlike in traditional hypnosis, I typically do not focus on programming your subconscious mind, but rather will be guiding you. Your Higher Self knows everything that is going on in your body and will be able to explain and heal appropriately.
